Collective trust and stress at work. Evidence from the banking sector

چکیده

An increasing collective trust reduces stress at work in many countries, regardless of national characteristics. The goal this paper was to investigate whether is related occupational among bank employees, where 2,279 employees were surveyed. Exploratory factor analysis used build a index based on: openness, care, appreciation, common values, honesty/fairness, loyalty, dyadic (a direct question about trust), and job security. Cronbach’s alpha allowed evaluate the quality obtained index. regression then pointed those aspects metric variables which relevant level stress. most important factors correlate with security, values affective commitment. authors managed create management model on components metrics.
